If you install shodan system-wide as root, pip shows this message. You can alternatively install shodan from other sources than pip, e.g. the repositories.

Anyway, the warning is not related or specific to the shodan package.

I didn't see it. a year ago, I installed shodan through this command, but it was not installed, issuing this warning. now all pip packages are installed

The warning comes from pip, not shodan.
