Note: there's a potential gotcha here if using something like DraftJS, described here: https://engineering.mindlinksoft.com/why-draftjs-doesnt-work-on-android/ . TL;DR, stuff that is supposed to open a menu and refine options as you type more text does not play well with Android's virtual keyboard. On the other hand, since mobile keyboards have emoji pickers anyway, I guess this feature could be made desktop only?

It'd be nice to allow reactions to notes as an alternative to allowing emojis in notes
