Screen flash while loading #3

Not sure if this is easy/possible to fix, and it's super minor, but

I noticed that when the screensaver starts, the screen goes black then briefly flashes dark grey, then shows the webpage.

Any chance this could be black until the page loads? Even when loading a local webpage it seems to have this flash.
