i3-10110U, UHD Graphics, Vulkan 1.3, D3D 12_1 feature level, Intel(R) Display Audio

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

In "Software mode", high color or normal, decals do not display properly when high quality resize modes are set. Decals appear to stretch vertically from their original positions on walls. Attached are two screenshots showing the issue.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour.

Explain how to reproduce

  1. Select Doom Software renderer
  2. Enable any "High quality resize" option and method (I used 2x and NormalNx)
  3. Notice the decals warping

Your configuration

stock config with options set to get software rendering to work.

Provide a Log

No log generated.
