[Stable-arb-contract] Change interface to accept pool location

Instead of having multiple contracts for each luna/ust dex it would be better to store all the AMM luna/ust pair addresses along with their name (terraswap, astro, loop) and make it possible to select on which one to arb.

We need to be sure that the interfaces are the same.
