Allow for easier workflow to set IDs up

Currently, the setup process is doable but a little cumbersome, because one does not only have to get the API token from Asana, but also all IDs required for a successful connection - manually. The links provided do help, but still: you have to click, copy & paste everything manually.

However, once a customer provides the API key, it should be possible to retrieve all the other values semi-automatically, for example with a little popup that presents the customer with his workspaces that could be clickable. And same for projects.

Nothing super important but I was just wondering if that process could be streamlined a little, especially while the only info the user really needs to provide from scratch is the API key.
