使用某厂家提供的gmt0018.h编译，出现如下报错

更换FISCO BCOS社区提供的gmt0018.h文件后编码通过，头文件多了一些typedef定义的类型，例如 ：
typedef void* SGD_HANDLE;
社区建议：typedef定义的类型，统一修改成通用的类型，如void*, unsigned char等，这样可以屏蔽头文件gmt0018.h差异导致编译不过的问题
