Add Moderator option to the Chat2 #9522

This way the live streamer can make a few of his watchers help him moderate the chat.

Maybe make it where you see who is in your chat room on the left be able to click on it and mark as chat admin moderator for their channel.

That is a good idea and can be implemented in the future, not now.
