Question about Shorts or reel plugin

Is there any plugin for shorts / Reel video maker?

We have a shorts section, but what do you mean "Reel video maker"

Reel is similar to tiktok but in YouTube and FaceBook. Users should be able to creat short videos or Reels by taking an existing video from their list or even record a new one and create Reels Tiktok type videos

@mankota - AVideo Shorts plugin has a single paramater, duration. Any video, in any format meeting duration parameter is considered a Short. This has been addressed and even though TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook/Instagram Reels all have the same video format specifications, there is one exception...duration. Not sure why AVideo only cares about duration when there are crystal clear specs to identify short video format and thus allow AVideo to handle accordingly. Duration should be a benefit of the plugin, not the sole feature.
