"Reference Card" look & feel

The column in the left, called Reference Card, could receive very simple makeup that would make the whole page look a lot better:

• Add some padding. Now the text hits the box border.
• Header-like treatmet to headers.
• Smaller fonts for the data.
• Plain
• bullets? Really? Just enter the new data in new lines
• "Time period: 2003-04-14 2013-07-08" could be instead "Since yy-mm-dd", and then put just one time somewhere visible "Updated: yy-mm-dd" or even better "6 hours ago", "2 days ago", etc.
• "MySQL database dumps with the complete retrieved datasets" -> "Data dumps" (by the way, Not found at http://korma.wmflabs.org/browser/ )
• "JSON files serving the data shown in the plots" -> Who needs this? If really needed, then "JSON files".
