Description of Issue

I am running into a bug with Vita3k on my Odin Pro (Android 10) in that is consistently causes my D-Pad 'Up' key to cease functioning. I have noticed others report a similar issue and over on reddit.

The only way to regain use of the 'Up' key of the D-Pad is to restart the device. This behaviour only occurs with Vita3k. It happens when launching the application either directly or via a launcher. The issue does not always reproduce on first launch, with the D-Pad fully working but in subsequent launches it ceases to function until the device is restarted.

Expected Behavior

D-Pad remains functional during and after using Vita3k on every use.

Reproduction Steps

Launch Vita3k on an Odin Pro a few time's and the issue should occur. It most frequently happens during the second launch since a restart but can happen on the first.
