How was our activity reported and evaluated?

As always in the monthly meeting, we reported the progress through several slides. There was no discussion, and we receive it as acceptance.

What were the reports of the other working groups?

Theirs are progress reports, too.

What are we expected to do next?

We are expected to make progress as defined in the Objectives.

In addition, we reported that we have presentation opportunities in SotM Asia, FOSS4G Thailand, and JICA Knowledge Co-Creation program in November and December.

It was also suggested that Smart Maps DWG can collaborate with OpenDroneMap https://opendronemap.org/ DWG because the OpenDroneMap team has already worked with the Field Mission.

How do we answer that expectation?

Let's follow our own Objectives. We can also work on developing Smart Maps Core Objectives following #13.

Presentations should be developed, too. @hfu will be covering two of them.

We can ask Ubukawa-san regarding possible collaboration with OpenDroneMap team.
