whenever we update or join event , then we have to refresh the page to see result in EventList/..

We need to somehow refresh the state of the event index page.
I have been trying to figure out the proper way to go about this myself.
Adding, Updating and Deleting an event should in theory refresh the state of the listed events.
I also found that when we hit a filter 2-3 times in a row the page breaks.
