手机号获取不到

个人注册的小程序，将appid和appsecret改为我个人的小程序，之后运行起来的时候执行“用户管理”获取手机号码的时候提示appid无权限

我把代码下载下来尝试了也是不行。new Buffer 改成了Buffer.from了也不行
