Add fields for subjective notes

Allow text fields for scouters to add subjective notes about parts of performance. e.g. auto performance, midgame, climb.

might be not be real becuase scouters get tired, it adds a lot of friction, I want to test if we need it at gg but I think ordinal is mostly fine for us
