can we show shot changes time along with the shot change line on waveform?

I was wondering if there is any feature to show the shot change time (in numbers) on it's respective line?
Maybe something like this?

Or is there available alternative to do so?

Use case:
It helps to set the end time if crossing the shot change. As there is snapping options for snap end time to shot change and "snap end time to shot change - minimum frame gap."
Same way it helps to set the start time if the event is crossing the shot change.

Is there any possible way to export the scene changes already generated? Just like import?
