File Upload Issue with elFinder in Firefox : TypeError: p.items[n] is undefined

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with the web-based file manager elFinder when uploading files, but this issue only occurs in the Firefox browser. The same process works correctly in Chrome. I'm seeking assistance or suggestions to resolve this issue.

Problem Description:
When attempting to upload a file using elFinder in Firefox, the operation fails with an error : TypeError: p.items[n] is undefined
The same process works without any issues in Chrome.

Environment:

Server: Apache
Backend: PHP 8.2.4, Slim 3, Twig
Frontend: elFinder 2.1.62
Problematic Browser: Firefox (latest version)

Troubleshooting Already Performed:

Cleared cache and cookies in Firefox
Disabled extensions in Firefox
Checked Apache and PHP server logs but found no useful clues

I suspect the issue might be related to a Firefox-specific characteristic, but I'm unsure what direction to take for further investigation. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
