[qu] how to use with webpack

I have a bare bones tsconfig in the root of the project, but not in the same location as the main SolarPopup.ts file:

My main ts is located in the src as indicated in my webpack.config:

However the dts-gen tries to resolve the tsconfig from the same diectory No "tsconfig.json" found at "/src/SolarPopup.ts/tsconfig.json"! Unhandled rejection SyntaxError: Unable to resolve configuration.

How should I best proceed?
