No indication when you manually remove a layer generated from a multi layer qlr file #7

Scenario:

1 User opens a group of nested layers using qlr-browser. The corresponding entry in qlr-browser will be checked with a black check-mark.

2 User closes one (but not all) of the layers in the group opened in step 1 using the normal layer control (not the qlr-browser). This action is not indicated/shown in the qlr-browser.

It might be possible to change the colour of the check-mark in the qlr-browser from black to grey; thereby indicating that some of the layers has been closed from "outside" the qlr-browser.

I forgot to mention: I would probably categorize this issue as a "Nice to have"
