Our documentation says to use the following format for "click to deploy" links
https://dashboard.scalingo.com/create/app?source=https://github.com//
Many of our samples have a different format: https://my.scalingo.com/deploy?source=...
You can see the occurrences here: https://github.com/search?q=org%3AScalingo%20my.scalingo.com%2Fdeploy&type=code
Some samples don't even have the
?source=query string param: (these particular links do not work)https://github.com/search?q=org%3AScalingo+my.scalingo.com%2Fdeploy%29&type=code
