Users are not able to interact with the Glow Buttons when they click on them

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Navigate to the View with the Glow Buttons
Click on anyone of the three (3) Glow Buttons
Expected to Navigate to new view
Nothing happens!?

Expected behavior
Expected to navigate to the new view
