I've noticed that if you're pressing a button and the emulator is paused through the achievement editor that upon unpausing the emulator it will still act like you're holding down that button even if you're not touching the controller. This is most likely an RAIntegration issue as pausing through a hotkey works just fine.

RAIntegration doesn't process any input keys, so it's unlikely to be the cause. The more likely explanation is that the "Paused" dialog is taking focus from the window, and the window may not be processing the button up event if it doesn't have focus.
Which emulator are you seeing this in? What are you using as a controller (are you holding a keyboard button or joystick button)?
RALibretro (Specifically the first version released with PSX using the Beetle PSX HW posted on Discord) I can't test this on the newest version because the emulator crashes either when the emulator is paused through that same flag or when I try to unpause the emulator.
I'm using a Wii U pro controller.
