Matrix not reading ROOMS_DATA from env file.

I Try to custom rooms on my docker install, but, nodeJS not read ROOMS_DATA and use default values from source code.

Hi, I had a similar problem to custom values inside variable.env, in my case I just needed to remove white spaces to variable ROOM_DATA.
