Heya! I do know about the issue with the the search icon setting not carrying over for new users. I have confirmed it's set correctly in the registry, but it's overridden somehow. I'm still looking into this. When I tested it last all other changes seemed to work though. I don't have access to my test setup so I can't check right now. I'll report back later once I have been able to test this again. |

Still no good news. I tried using the version released yesterday (19th aug) but I had the same problem on sysprep: no tweaking on windows interface. I tried to execute the script without -Sysprep parameter (despite I was on sysprep environment) and it patched something (file name extension) but still not working hiding search on traybar, fix context menu |

I think I solved the mystery, better I'm sure for the implementation of old context menu of windows 11. |

Hi, I've just downloaded last version (17 jul 2024) and I've checked the existence of -sysprep parameter in the script.
Executing it in sysprep environment, it removes the apps correctly but it's not tweaking something of windows interface (show extensions, show file extension, hide search icon on taskbar, etc). Works with pinned apps from start menu. I tried twice with no luck. Any clues?
