Linux issues

As some users reported specific errors running Cogito on linux, i thought I'd open a thread to compile and exchange information etc.
If you flag issues, please make sure to include your Godot version, Cogito version and if you were able to get it to run on a different other machine and roughly what your specs are.

I mostly run Cogito on my Win machine but so far had no problems running it on my Linux laptop either (Fedora, dedicated GPU).
On both I used Godot 4.2.1 stable and usually latest main branch.

I haven't tried switching renderers in the project or any major performance tweaks.
