It sounds like you want an FPS rig. Yes, this can be done. There are multiple ways to do it. One is that you hand make animations for every item or weapon they will hold. The other is you use some basic animations plus use IK to place the hands. You can find some tutorials on YouTube for how this is generally done. However nothing will be Cogito specific. You also can find some FPS rigs you can download to practice with from Sketchfab. |

Sorry for the stupid question, im new to godot and game development in general. going on with my question, what i mean with a hand component is that, is it possible to add a 3D model of a hand that is linked to an animation player or something that will interact with the pre existing scripts such as picking up a weapon, climbing ladders , holding item or certain weapon etc?
