Preconfigured code execution environments

Students should learn about how to set up their own computational environments as part of learning to program. That said, it's often a challenge for students to set up stuff in its entirety, and for instructors to teach a course where students may encounter configuration issues.

We'll address this by offering course instructors the ability to link a GitHub repository specifying a development environment devcontainer to the course.
