Investigate supporting source generation for NSFs

This could readily be a ZIP of the ODP directory. I'm not sure, though, if there's a specific signal we'd look for in a normal build to attach a source artifact, or if it'd be better to include it as an option or execution in the plugin that users will call explicitly.
