Mac automated test selects incorrect menu item

In this photo we see the robot tries to click on Liberty: Start in position 6 of the list.

Then just as the cursor is moving to this position the list repopulates and Liberty: Stop appears in this position.

We should wait a little longer to allow the list to be completely populated before trying to click.
