Alphabetizing Stand Alone Directories

Stand Alone directories are what users see when trying to add a module by hand to canvas from openDSA

From some digging, it looks like these are currently alphabatized by directory name https://github.com/OpenDSA/OpenDSA-LTI/blob/master/config/initializers/constants.rb

This is a mild issue as a user when looking for a module name since they're mostly (but not entirely) alphabetical. Seems like it would be pretty simple to just add a .sort() to whatever populates the UI so they appear in a more understandable order.
