We want to be able to create a new term in OpenDSA for books that do not follow semester schedules (like the example books).

Currently, terms require they're attached to a season and generate a slug. We may be able to manually modify the slug, but we need to check if we can turn off requirement of season and update how terms are displayed when they're called, possibly by adding a name field
