I am trying to upgrade the buildings with Natural gas/Electric as heating system and Central AC as cooling system to ASHP.

The apply logic mentioned below is not working for me and it is upgrading all the heating and cooling types ( for e.g. Room AC, None)
Any solution/thoughts?

ASHP- error
