Remove simulated satellite product generation for GFS V17

It is proposed that simulated satellite product generation will be removed from GFS V17 product list.

@WenMeng-NOAA Can you provide a bit more background information about the removal of simulated satellite products in GFSv17 ? Will both gfs.t00z.goessimpgrb2.0p25* and gfs.t00z.special.grb2* be removed ? Will "BRTMPtoa - top of atmosphere Brightness Temperature " in the master be kept ? I thought the brightness temperature has been a very populr product.

@yangfanglin That's the proposal by @HuiyaChuang-NOAA. The UPP currently generated the following simulated satellite products in dataset gfsspecial.grb2:

• SBTAGR8:top of atmosphere
• SBTAGR9:top of atmosphere
• SBTAGR10:top of atmosphere
• SBTAGR13:top of atmosphere

Huiya has been drifting a PNS for GFS V17 product removal. If it is approved, the GFS downstream package which is maintained by @GwenChen-NOAA will be updated.

The variable "BRTMP:top of atmosphere" is generated in the GFS master file "gfs*master". There will be no impact on this product.

@yangfanglin as Wen mentioned, Jason and I will work on a PNS to retire a few products at GFS v17, including simulated GOES. If we don't get any negative feedback, we will retire GFS simulated GOES products.
