The current database hits an aws instance. This is slightly problematic for local development

Acceptance criteria

  • the website can be developed entirely on a personal computer
  • A dockerfile to run a database exists
  • The dockerfile to run the server works
  • A docker compose file will bring up both the server and database

Ideas

  • Use MySQL or PostGres
