Docs: Add MachineKit page

Add a page to docs (or wlo?) detailing differences, strength and weaknesses of these, as well as as backport related infos (opportunity, feasibility,...)

• ... Please add others

This page would both answer often asked (or silently wondered) questions as well as may be a source of inspiration for dev projects.

There is a collection of thoughts already on LinuxCNC/wlo#23 . The LinuxCNC Wiki (and a pointer to it from the LinuxCNC web pages) may be a better place since this is where the authors/users of said forks can contribute.
