Combined tissue_positions CSV file doesnt save updated array_row and array_col coordinates

Describe the bug

The combined tissue_positions.csv file lacks updated array_row and array_col coordinates, but the spe does. Having old/original array coordinates and new/updated pixel coordinates in the same file is confusing.

Expected behaviour

For people who need only updated array and pixel coordinates, it's easier to pull these csv's instead of saving and extracting them from the stitched spe.
