Warn user if they typed something in Other, but didn't click image

I suggested this on the telecon today. It would be nice if the user types something into the Other category, but then forgets to click the image before hitting Submit if a popup window would let them know that this means that they didn't actually register the problem anywhere. Maybe even mention that if the problem is with the whole image, just click anywhere.
