Use this issue to list things, probably minor things, which should be addressed now that the schema for dataregistry is stable and the package has been incorporated in python-bleed

• Eliminate any remaining references to version_suffix in documentation or tutorials. (See PR remove tutorial references to old version_suffix field #152)
• Update installation instructions now that releases are available from PyPI and, for people working at NERSC, incorporated in python-bleed (but noting that NERSC users may want their own local clone in order to run the tutorials).
• Consider removing the restriction requires-python<3.13 from `pyproject.toml'. But installation instructions should note that CI only tests through python 3.12.
