Ikea Parasol device pairing fail

What happened?

Unable to pair Ikea Parasol device because it cannot "get node descriptor"

Restart or interview re-run doesn't help
Pairing and device worked well in the past

What did you expect to happen?

Sucessfull interview and parining process of a new device

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

Functionning Z2M with several linked devices => enable link => Ikea Parasol into pairing mode => Z2M finds the device unable to interview => unsupported device with unfinished interview

Device was linked and worked well in the same HW environment
I have changed adapter EZSP => EMBER with flashing FW, other devices remained OK (I am not able to match exactly update and failure)

Log includes "zh" (zha?) attempt to get the data, ZHA is not /been installed
