Enable passing map_logical_types to Dataset

I have dataset of parquet files with strings. However these do not have the 'converted_type' or 'logicalType' schema property so the type detection 'is_logical_string' returns false.
This could be easily solved by passing a type map ('map_logical_types') for the respective columns, however Dataset does not support this.
