Account for 2-D gas fees in MTX broadcaster

We have a gas limit for transactions in the broadcaster, but it doesn't really work well with 2D gas fees. If we could work out how to access the 'execution cost' that Remix has, that might solve the problem, but I don't know if that's possible...
