https://github.com/NordSecurity/uniffi-bindgen-go exists and seems to support async. Investigate using it to generate go bindings. If it works, create a ticket for Go benchmarks equivalent to the other benchmarks.

Get as far as you can in roughly 5 points, make tickets for anything remaining.
