CR-10 Smart Can't change Z-axis offset

I've autoleveled the bed, but if I try to change the z-axis offset, it updates for one frame and then changes back to 0.20. This happens in any page where you can change the offset including mid-print.
0.20 is too close to the bed to be able to extrude.

Also facing this issue. The desired Z-offset also is not saved if you adjust and save mid-print.
