Pulumi is an infrastructure as code platform. I'd suggest to place it into the same category as Ansible.

I agree !! that Pulumi should be added as it is a popular IaC that is just as popular as Terraform.

@klepp0 I saw your PR and I think because of the formatting commit, this PR is not approved yet.

PS. I agree with the colors @klepp0 chose because from what I've tried from the colors that the Official Pulumi brand colors provide, there are only 2 choices that I feel are the most suitable.

This is the result that I've tried and only choices 1 and 2 look the best in my opinion.
