Hi,
I have created IDP and SP with the given example, Now I wanted to create SOAP Service Provider which should be able to communicate with IDP.

How do I do this? Is there any example of doing this? Any pointer will be very helpfull.

The only thing that can work here is this:
IdentityPython/djangosaml2#55

too less, I know.
