Add functional Host Collection field to the Create Dataset Form

Overview of the Feature Request

Add a functional "Host Collection" field to the Create Dataset Form. This feature enables users to enter the alias of a Host Collection, and SPA will validate in real time with the backend whether the Dataverse Collection exists.

Update: the Host Collection will be a read only input field, prefilled with the current collection id (alias). There will be an edit button for changing the Host Collection, but it will be implemented in a future issue. For now, the button will show the 'Not Implemented' popup.

The Host Collection input will be outside the Create Dataset Form, because in the future when it is editable, it will trigger updates to the metadata fields in the form.

⚠️ This is the current JSF version, it displays some Dataverse collection results related to the user input. We are NOT going to add this feature to the first version of the form, but it will be implemented in the Edit Host Collection popup when the Select with Filter Design Component is ready #388
