Describe the bug
After enabling and disabling dark mode in the settings, the dark theme persists until the app is reloaded.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Enable dark theme in settings
Disable it after enabling it.

Expected behavior
The app should return to its light theme
