In G1, if you keep an NPC in focus (hit Ctrl+walk backwards), then the NPC stays focus. When you now walk back a little and walk forward again, the NPC will wave.
Find animation of waving from .mds and .man files --> T_COMEOVERHERE
Think about "how can we keep focus of a far away NPC" like in original G1 --> Daedalus implementation: ZS_ReactToCall.d
Then when NPC is clicked (aka Grabbed), check for distance and either start dialog
