We installed Geonode 4.2.x according to this documentation "https://docs.geonode.org/en/master/install/advanced/core/index.html" which isn't the latest version (the documentation still reference 4.2.x). We've been using the platform for managing our data, but we now need support for 3d scene which isn't available in 4.2.x.
How can I upgrade from 4.2.x to 4.4.x without losing user data?
Can I simply replace the local codebase with version 4.4.x, install the necessary requirements, and point to my existing database and GeoServer?
What potential issues should I be aware of during the upgrade?
