Spinner doesn't disappear after Error Page appears when incorrect CSV file was uploaded #310

WTR:

Open Gapminder offline
Click to the hamburger menu in the right corner
Choose "New Chart" btn
Click "your data"
Choose "CSV file..." btn
In the pop-up window choose the 1st option in the second step
In the 3d step click to the "Choose CSV file" btn and click to the any of these files:
timeright--broken-csv--education.csv
timeright--repeated-keys--vaccines.csv
Click "Open" btn
Click "Ok" btn
Pay attention to the result

Actual result: Spinner doesn't disappear after Error Page appears when incorrect CSV file was uploaded.

Expected Result: Spinner disappeared after Error Page appears and incorrect CSV file was uploaded

Justification: For other 4 negative cases, it disappeared as expected.
